'Staff is not very friendly. Rooms are small. Hotel is very noisy. It is a neighborhood where you don't want to walk at night. Would not recommend this one. Will stay somewhere else next time.'

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests. 'The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. It reminded me of a very nice hostel. The only downside is the street noise from cars and partyers on the street. Ear plugs help.'

'This was a percent location for a single male traveling for photography, site seeing and food. The access to every type of mass transit right at the door step was cherry on top. My room was quiet and clean. While the room temperatures did swing throughout my visit, I was never uncomfortable due to warm blankets and a bed side fan being provided. The staff were also very friendly. '

In South of Marktet en 9th Street zijn behoorlijk veel daklozen wat het er niet gezelliger op maakt. 'Desk assistant was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is ideal as it is a stone's throw to Bart station Civic Center and furthermore, most of the buses on Market or Mission streets. Just ignore the not so pleasant surroundings and your SF stay will be wonderful and affordable.'

'I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time the staff is always sweet and have a smile on their face. The rooms seem to be clean besides the bathtubs they always seem to be dirty or clogged and there’s always just the 1 main elevator working and it takes forever but other then that it’s enjoyable!'
