'Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

'Not fancy but it did the trick. Very clean large room, comfortable bed and well located. Helpful and courteous staff. 2 minor complaints; the room keys were easily de-magnetized if you put them next to any electronics (in your pocket next to your phone). Also, the shower would get really hot randomly, so you needed to constantly adjust.'

'Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror wasn’t clean when we arrived. The shared space was nice, but the water dispenser stopped working and the coffee wasn’t really drinkable. Maybe the...

'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'

'Centrally located hotel, with amenities such as free coffee/tea, co-working placed with soundproof booths, printing, gym, kitchen with microwave/fridge …, self-check in available, guarded 24/7 which was needed: a lot of homeless people in the area: especially during night time, would not feel safe if alone, fast WiFi, clean room but very small: almost no storage room. We barely had place for 2 large suitcases. Limited privacy if traveling with someone. Monsoon shower. Monsoon shower'

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests. Everything was clean and tidy however. We didn’t experience any noise or trouble. The only downside is the location of the hotel, as it’s right in the center of...
