'Centrally located hotel, with amenities such as free coffee/tea, co-working placed with soundproof booths, printing, gym, kitchen with microwave/fridge …, self-check in available, guarded 24/7 which was needed: a lot of homeless people in the area: especially during night time, would not feel safe if alone, fast WiFi, clean room but very small: almost no storage room. We barely had place for 2 large suitcases. Limited privacy if traveling with someone. Monsoon shower.

'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests.
