'Lovely restoration of a historical property. Very helpful staff as Expedia dropped the ball by not sending check in instructions at any point in the transaction. We stayed in a lovely suite with a private bath. Parking was easy. Shopping and exploring are steps away. I look forward to my next stay. Highly recommend.'

'The check in process is terrible, I did not receive email to fill out their waiver form as they mentioned that Expedia did not pass them my details. I had to get on multiple calls with them to get the link to fill out the waiver which took time, also I had 2 reservations with them for which I had to fill out waiver twice. Even after filling out the waiver, the access codes to our rooms expired, the office at the property only opens M-F 9 to 5 and since we were there for a weekend trip we didn’t...
