'We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.'

'I wish I could give this house a better rating and with a major top-to-bottom cleaning and a few updates, I would. The location felt safe and we appreciated the space and the yard for the dogs. I’ve shared my cleanliness concerns with the host and I hope that they address them to make this a much nicer rental in the future.'

Beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Really a fantastic option that we would recommend strongly! 'I was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to be close to downtown monument. Hot tub was a big bonus and was very clean. They even discreetly stopped by the morning after our first night and cleaned and refilled it again keeping the tub in really great condition, which for me shows that they really care about keeping everything in working order. 'Overall, this was the perfect property for my family to use as a home base for a long weekend. It has five nice bedrooms and an additional bed in a room in the basement which was easily private. One bedroom and that bed shared a bathroom in the basement and three bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs, in addition to one bath off the master bedroom. 'I would NOT recommend this VRBO. I chose it as a landing and gathering place for family from across the state and out of state. We looked forward to a comfortable place to cook, visit and hang out. We chose it for the yard, outdoor space and treehouse for children to play on and a secure yard for the dog. Unfortunately, the yard was littered with trash and cigarette butts, the fence was broken and the deck and treehouse were made of exposed wood that was not safe for children to play. The house...
