'Excellent matrass and love the cotton sheets. Cannot stand the microfiber sheets some hotels use. The towels were thick & fluffy. Also appreciate the toilet being a bit higher, and the large step in shower. Breakfast was good. We had not stayed in a Ramada in many yrs, but will definitely do so again. Overall a very pleasant experience.'

'Clean inside and out. Minimum noise like talking loudly from staff.
I stayed in room 119, a disabled access room. I have leg amputation. The room door is nearly impossible to open. The tension on the locking arm is too strong. I had to put my one good foot on the door to keep it open after opening with the key card. And then I had to move quickly with my motorized wheelchair.
Most of the time, I waited for my wife to open the door.
The soap in the shower is in an inaccessible location. ...
