'The property is poorly maintained. Windows were left unlocked to the room I rented. The linens were soiled. The room advertised a microwave. The microwave was in non working condition and when I asked the clerk I was directed to the nearest convenience store to heat up my food. If it were possible I'd request a full refund and that Expedia reconsiders offering this establishment '

'Some reviews didn’t like that this is an older property so everything is not sparkly and new. The room was clean, had a nice frig, microwave, hair dryer, iron. Newer sink, counter, tub, toilet. I liked the vintage style like I used to stay in with my parents as a kid. The proprietor was nice, friendly, helpful. '

'The property appears to be in the middle of renovation. It was very clean but was missing some things , hand soap, shampoo, tissues. Toilet paper. One bath towel that was standard size and one was the size of a hand towel. Luckily we bought our own toiletries and went to the office and they brought us some towels. '

Our room had plenty of hot water, refrigerator, coffee pot (you will need to bring your own coffee) and microwave. We had stayed at the Oyo, same owner, same property previously in the month and it is just as nice. Perfect for what you need no extra frills, but we did not need it. I would recommend it, the gentleman Jose who checked us in both times was very nice and friendly. '
