'We unfortunately did not enjoy our weekend here, despite having high-hopes. The check-in instructions were only sent to me one, days ahead of my stay, via email, despite multiple emails and texts offering up-charge options like early check-in. There was in fact two parking lots, not just one, which led me to enter the wrong unit, which for some reason, had the same code as mine. When I contacted the property host, they were adamant I was not in the wrong unit, and couldn’t have accessed someone...

'The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot.'
