Set in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley on 15 acres, Southfork Preserve was created for peace, connection, and relaxation. The property over looks Brix and Column Vineyards, is minutes to Massanutten, the Blue Ridge Parkway and JMU.

Our home was built in 1993 by my father, whose love for log homes and the outdoors inspired every detail. He was an avid hunter and nature enthusiast. In 2024, the home was fully renovated with all new upscale appliances and decor. Each design decision was carefully selected to tell a story and reflect the deep respect for the land and wildlife that surround the home.

Southfork Preserve is meant to be a retreat—somewhere you can slow down, unplug, and enjoy the tranquility of nature. From the large windows lining the back of the home, you can often watch wildlife moving through the trees. The front porch offers a beautiful view toward the nearby vineyard, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
With 15 acres to explore during the day and local attractions near the possibly' s are endless. In the evening enjoy the back deck or patio in front of the fire and take in all nature has to offer.
