'Absolutely awesome location. Had everything we needed and the backyard right on the river with the fire pit was a huge bonus. They provided all the wood needed to have the best fires. Incredible and relaxing. A stone through from so many awesome Shenandoah National forest trails too. Great access to gas/groceries less than 3miles away of need. This place is a lovely gem!!! Truly lovely '

'The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay...

'The little house is charming. Everything was perfect for our needs. Really enjoyed the hot tub on a chilly night. I went to Waynesboro to visit an elderly uncle, I would be tickled to stay at the house again in the future if possible. '

'We absolutely loved the charm of Anne's Retreat and how welcome we felt. The amenities were great and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking equipment. We especially enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs (and cats)! We primarily chose it for proximity to the park but as there was so much to experience in the area, we would gladly stay there again. '
