'This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. 'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...
