'Te weinig gelegenheid om te ontbijten, receptie was zowel bij inchecken als uitchecken niet bemand. Lampen ingewikkeld om aan te doen. Douche duurde heel lang voordat hij warm werd. '

'Breakfast was alright -basic hotel food. Young man at check in was very friendly and polite . Young man at front desk on our second night was unpleasant. Shower/tub in room was clogged -wouldn’t go down at all . Nasty ! Called and they did come and fix it. Then second day we were there, we left at 11am for the day and came back around 9:30pm to a clogged toilet! '

'The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off'

'Locatie was prima, veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Afstand niagara falls mooi aan te rijden. Huisdieren toegestaan, in een kamer dame met 4 katten ( nu heb ik zelf katten, dus ik hou er erg van) maar in de gang stonk het enorm naar katten urine! Wij zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken dan de planning was. '

'The breakfast was horrible. One two three check-in but I was given a room on the first floor…it smelled like pure cigarettes. So I went back to the front desk…staff immediately switched my room to the second floor, which was a little better. Very polite staff! Would I stay there again?…probably not! '
