Kom bij ons in het "Gran-chalet" van Holiday Valley. Dit prachtige herenhuis is gelegen aan de zijkant van de berg met een panoramawikkel rondom het dek, de perfecte achterwand voor elke gelegenheid. het is een zeer korte wandeling naar Yodeler Lodge bruiloft / evenementen en op loopafstand van de Tamerack Club. Bergmeer sporten en fietsen zijn slechts een korte wandeling verwijderd. Kom en geniet van het najaar najaar festiviteiten en concerten in deze gezellige plek genesteld in het hart van alle actie. Deze geweldige locatie ligt weggestopt maar ook slechts 1. 8 mijl afstand van lokale restaurants, supermarkten en het nachtleven.

De ruimte

Kom bij ons in het "Gran-chalet" van Holiday Valley. De oorsprong van de naam "Gran" is een familienaam en "chalet" is wat we dit prachtige herenhuis al meer dan 30 jaar noemen. Dit prachtige herenhuis is gelegen in Valley Village, in het hart van de vallei, genesteld in de heuvels, op slechts een paar meter van de Chute-stoeltjeslift, recht tegenover uw achterdek.
Dit gezellige kleine hoekhuis is vol van karakter en als je niet oppast, zal de gloed van de open haard en het rustieke gevoel je vangen en het moeilijk maken om te vertrekken!
. Dit hele jaar door is er veel te bieden voor de skiër, golfer, shopper, wandelaar en bruiloftsmuzikant. Dit is een ruime 3 slaapkamer met vide, 2. 5 badkamer met open tweede verdieping woonkamer met grote open ramen met uitzicht op de bergen.
Op slechts enkele minuten van het schilderachtige, kleine historische stadje Ellicottville, kunt u een dagje winkelen of uw favoriete restaurant kiezen om te dineren. Deze plek heeft zoveel te bieden en we kunnen niet wachten om onze favoriete plek in de wereld met u te delen, ons 'Gran-chalet'.

We had an amazing stay at this ski condo! The location is unbeatable—step right off the deck and you’re on the slope, with easy access to the Chutes Quad Lift. After a full day on the mountain, we loved coming back to the condo where there was plenty of space to hang all our gear—helmets, coats, and pants are all conveniently stored right by the door, making it so easy to gear up or settle in after a day of skiing.Inside, the condo is spacious and beautifully designed. The large dining table was perfect for our group to gather and enjoy meals together, and the living room, with its oversized couch, was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly felt at home!If you’re looking for a ski-in/ski-out spot with tons of space and convenient amenities, this condo is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was beautifully appointed and well-maintained and backed up directly to the slopes. We weren't visiting during ski season, but rather to observe the 2024 total eclipse, and the back deck was a perfect venue to do so. The nearby town of Ellicottville is so quaint with a variety of unique shops and nice mid-range dining options. I would definitely recommend it as a quiet refuge to relax and recoup.

Check was outstanding and communication with the owner was prompt. The location truly is a ski in/out, 50 yards from the chute chair. The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked.

The house was perfect! Clean and very convenient for skiing. Owner was very helpful and responded to messages quickly. It was the perfect place to stay with our family (siblings/cousins) for a weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back and bring our kids.

We were so lucky to find this great ski-in/out condo on short notice. Location is unbeatable with direct access to Chute chair from Firecracker. Cozy and perfect for a family getaway! Would recommend and hope to be back again soon.

The property had a very strange set up. The master bedroom was upstairs in a loft (so not enclosed) the other rooms all of the way in the basement, strange for a family with small children. The main bathroom shower did not work. The twin beds were on upside down plastic risers that fell off, just little things. The downstairs bedrooms were all very damp feeling. The place was cute, but just some things that may make the stay not so nice. The kitchen was stocked with spices and the basics which is really nice to not have to purchase every little thing you need to cook. Toilet paper was stocked, the laundry had detergent, garabage bags etc... Great plus! Amazing location literally walked to Holiday Valley resort to swim.

We enjoyed this space for our getaway- being summer- there were very few neighbors- so we enjoyed quiet nights on the back deck. The only draw back was that it was a brutally hot weekend and there is no AC- but with all the windows open, air circulated nicely. Space was ample, kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable. Would love to return in fall or winter!

Had a great time with nyself, my husband, and my four teen daughters. Loved that it was a corner lot - the expanse of windows overlooking the forest was beautiful. Kitchen was really well stocked, loved having the Alexa to play music through, the Netflix and all that was great for when it turned rainy and the kids wanted to just watch movies. So close to Ellicotville, too - a 5 minute drive right into town. Thanks so much!

The condo was perfect for our group of two adults and four teenagers. Plenty of beds for everyone. The living area was big enough for everyone to sit in and watch movies by the cozy fire. The kitchen was well stocked. The best feature is heading out the back door and jumping right on a lift. Lisa was super nice and very accommodating. She was quick to answer every question I threw at her. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location is unbelievable! Better than anticipated! You are 30 seconds from the chair lift. End unit townhome is very nice. Fireplace was cozy. I appreciated the kitchen that had many pots and pans as we cooked lunch and dinner during our stay.

We were in the area for a graduation at St. Bonaventure University. Plenty of room for our family in the bedrooms and the loft. The main living area was great. We enjoyed the open kitchen, dining room and living room. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the board games as well. We enjoyed walking in Ellicotville as well. Great food and drink to be found. Next time we will take advantage of the skiing access just off the deck.

Our group enjoyed our stay at the Gran Chalet! It was very clean and well appointed. And you can't beat the ski-in/ski-out access! Lisa was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be looking to come back in the future!
