Nieuw bij VRBO !!! SKI CONDO slaapt 10 .. lopen naar Village / Holiday Valley !!!

Perfecte locatie !! Onlangs gerenoveerd in de zomer van 2019. Alle nieuwe meubels, bijgewerkte badkamers, nieuwe vloeren op de eerste verdieping en een frisse verflaag door het hele huis. Centraal gelegen, met 10 minuten lopen naar het dorp om te genieten van de leuke winkeltjes, heerlijke restaurants, live lokale bands en vele evenementen het hele jaar door. Of spring in de auto voor een korte rit naar Holiday Valley of Holimont om de hellingen te raken. Rookvrij en huisdiervrij herenhuis. Groot scherm tv, high speed wifi, gezellige open haard.
Dit is een herenhuis. U betreedt het pand via een modderkamer waar u uw ski-uitrusting kunt opslaan op de ingebouwde ski-rekken. Ook bevindt zich in de modderkamer een combinatie wasmachine / droger voor uw gebruik. Eerste verdieping heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken met zowel een keurig als gewone koffiepot. Specerijen en basisbenodigdheden voor koken (olie, kookspray, suiker, meel, kruiden) worden verstrekt.
Gezellig tot een open haard in de woonkamer (hout in buitenschuur) of zet de smart tv op het grote scherm aan en bekijk tientallen beschikbare films. Vermaak uw gasten in de volledig functionerende natte bar met een eigen minikoelkast of ontspan in de zomer op het terras achter het luisteren naar een kabbelend beekje dat grenst aan het pand. De bank in de woonkamer trekt naar een volledige slaapbank. Boven bevinden zich drie slaapkamers met gloednieuwe verbeterde hybride matrassen. Ontspan na een dag vol skiën of andere activiteiten in de slaapkamer met een queensize bed en een complete badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de derde kamer heeft een stapelbed met een volle bodem, een dubbele bovenkant en een onderschuifbed. Nog een complete badkamer diensten deze 2 kamers.

Excellent EVL Stay

Our family of 5 stayed for 6 nights for a ski vacation. We had the best time. EVL Retreat was perfectly appointed with lots of space while still being cozy and everything you’d ever need.The location is great with an easy walk to shops and restaurants and a short drive to Holiday Valley. We had the best stay!

quick stop on the way to get a puppy

My family stopped here in route to get a puppy nearby the following morning. We enjoyed the fireplace which made our evening cozy. The location is nice - close to town and ski, although we didn't really utilize much of these things as our stay was out of season over Thanksgiving. Overall, really nice place.

Eclipse landing spot

Perfect spot for our trip to see the eclipse! Property was exactly as described. Super cozy! Felt more like staying in someone's home than the corporate vibe of a lot of other places we have visited. Although we chose to drive in to town, it was definitely walkable. We especially loved being able to bring our dog on her first vacation with us! Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a lovely weekend at this duplex. The host has really thought of everything you would need for a great ski weekend. The space is nicely decorated, and themed. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. Would happily book again!

Great stay

We came to ski and were only able to ski Friday due to weather, however the house had games, darts and all sorts of stuff to keep us entertained. It was a 0.4 mile walk to Ellicottville town which has a lot of entertaining shops and breweries. The house was spacious and cleanly!

Great location

This duplex is perfectly located near the center on town and just a few minutes from the ski slopes. We walked into town in the morning to grab coffee and at night for dinner. The house was super clean and well stocked. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Dee is very responsive especially when we found amenities listed by VRBO not to be accurate. Definitely recommend this home for your next stay.

Think twice about this one

The location of this house - close to ski resorts and town is ideal. However, a few things to consider before renting: -The rooms/gathering areas are much smaller than depicted. Ceilings are low and space is limited. Unable to walk around the queen and bunk rooms. Notes that sleeps 10....teenagers cannot fit in the bunk rooms and mattresses are old and lumpy. - The refrigerator is very small and did not keep food/drinks cool. Waffles and ice melted in the freezer. - Upon arrival, we found just 4 full size towels and 0 kitchen towels. After we contacted the owner, the cleaning service brought a few over....still not enough for a house claiming to accommodate 10. - We found items from prior guests in drawers (face wipes), trash, clothing and toys (tennis balls/dog toys) under beds in the queen and bunk rooms. - The bathrooms could have been cleaner. We found hair on the floors. - Batteries were dead in the TV remotes - Upon arrival, a game was obviously broken, hanging from the wall, screws exposed. This was not noted by the prior guests and/or cleaning crew. The owner charged us $250, although we did not use the game. - Very limited parking. Description notes room for three cars - very tight space and the parking lot had areas of huge puddles due to melting snow so unsure how this could work if all units were occupied. No street parking, etc.

Perfect holiday getaway

Great stay at the EVL Retreat- very well appointed townhome ten minute walk from town. Small but functional kitchen was nicely stocked which came in handy when I realized I left a bag at home that contained oil,sugar, foil etc.. Nice creek runs behind - we will come back in the spring/fall to enjoy the deck

Fall Fest Get-a-way

Amazing location! Just a short walk in to town. Properly was very clean & had everything we needed for an extended family, get-a-way. We enjoyed all the festivities EVL had to offer. Pictures & description very much accurate although the residence was a bit smaller then I expected. I found the owner very responsive & flexible, honoring a request for a late check out. Parking is limited but street parking was available very close by.

Best rental I've ever stayed in!

EVL Retreat was the best rental I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate, cute and cozy! I could not have asked for anything better! Dee has seen to every detail including instructions for everything we used. Plus Ellicottville was the most adorable little town with great food and shops! Do yourself a favor and stay here! You won't be sorry!

Great location and amenities

This was the perfect place for a girls getaway and the fact you can walk to town. The property manager is strict about the rules and regulation so if your looking for any type of flexibility on your stay Id be prepared. While I respected her position I would have expected empathy at the very least. No spoonful of sugar here.
