'This was the most lovely New England room and home. We truly had an amazing time. Right next to a ton of lovely breakfast spots, ample parking, and about a 25 minute drive from Acadia. Would highly recommend!'

Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. 'This is a very neat and clean place to stay. It may appear to be somewhat outdated but everything was in great shape. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to the microwave and eating utensils I outside of breakfast hours. Breakfast was good - real fried eggs every morning. It would be nice to see some variety for staying a few days. One note: shower head is low, made for someone under 5'6".'

'I enjoyed my stay at the Kimball Terrace inn. The staff in the lobby/gift shop (open 24 hours) were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and looked clean, but I didn't get a chance to use it. I enjoyed the onsite restaurant/ lobster pound also.
