'The inn was under renovation. Nothing was communicated about the incredible inconvenience. Work materials were all over the property, inside and out. Work trucks took up all handicap spaces, dumpsters took up valuable parking spaces. Workers would be outside the inn at night drinking and smoking. As an unaccompanied woman, I did not feel safe. No breakfast was available. There were stale bread slices and undrinkable coffee amidst the dusty shelf in the lobby where renovations were taking...

'Nice and clean room, little dated'

'Toilet wouldn’t stop running all night. Kept randomly flushing. Got clogged each time it was used. Room smelled weird. Like someone had smoked in it and it was poorly cleaned afterwards. Front staff made it clear at check-in, “We are full tonight but if you must call me tonight, I will do what I can!” Not a good look. Thoroughly unimpressed. Won’t return. Would advise others to avoid this place.'

'Terrific place for short term stay. Room was too small for a four day stay. Only one chair could fit into the room; I had to spend my time in the bed. But small price to pay for a well kept room. Close to everything we needed.'

'What a beautiful historical home, meticulously restored and furnished. Excellent location, safe neighborhood, easy access to restaurants. Nice bath sheets and linens including bathrobes. Lovely. We were on the third floor in room 7-Norma. If you can’t climb stairs, be sure to get a room on a lower floor. The only suggestion I have is to extend breakfast hours. Breakfast is served from 8-9. 'I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.'

'Beds were stiff and akin to sleeping in the floor with pillows. The shower didn't work all of the way. It never closed the spout in the bottom fully and the tub doesn't drain well so after about 5 minutes you're standing in water. The tub also had noticeable black mold dots.
