'The condo was lovely. Everything looked brand new. All that we needed for our stay in Waterloo. View was wonderful, pool was great. We decided to stay on extra night and had to go through all of the check-in process again, it was a little annoying. Please note that parking is an extra $20.00 per night. It is on site and very safe and convenient though. Would definitely recommend staying there.'

'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue. The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10. Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates. Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'
