'Our room wasn't cleaned. We quickly got a new room, but the bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. Staff took care of that; but cleaning is apparently an issue. The room is very spacious, staff very friendly. Location is great just off Hwy-10. Breakfast is fine; just the plastic tools and paper plates should be changed back into proper utensils and plates. Boston Pizza conveniently right next door.'

'To be honest this is a really nice hotel. It’s looks really ugly duckling on the outside but a swan in the inside. Hopefully they will renovate the outside too not that it’s my business lol but it would look much better attracting more customer imo'
