'The pool was amazing and very clean. My room was good for the value. There was fresh delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was great. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. '

After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There's no microwave in the room. Wi-Fi was very sluggish. '

Problem is that hotels in Abuja seem always to be fully booked so...

'Nijarya insanı çok rahat. Parasını ödediğim rezervasyonu göremediler. İki saat uğraştım. Hotels.com adresi ile iletişime geçmeye çalıştım olmadı. Yurtdışından iletişim kuramıyorsunuz. Ödediğim odaya kapora bıraktım ertesi gün bakacaklarını söylediler. Sonra 4 gün olan rezervasyonumu 2 gün yapmışsınız dediler. Tamamen rezaletti. Türkiyeden arattırdım hotels.com’u ve 4 günlük konaklamamda 3. Gün olayı çözdüler. Hep stres. ! Bir daha booking dışında rezervasyon yapmam, siz de yapmayın !'

'Couldnt stay there'

'We booked via Hotels.com and even got a receipt confirming the payment but when we got there, the reservation was not there. They gave me the room but had to pay again then chase the refund from hotels.com. Staff were adamant they are not listed on Hotels.com. Staff seemed pretty clueless and unwilling to help resolve the situation'
