'Great location. Signs said “non-smoking” property but there was a LOT of smoking. High humidity in the rooms caused slightly uncomfortable sleeping conditions because sheets felt sticky. Room was not very clean. Staff was very friendly.'

'got checked in and was disappointed to find that there are 2 buildings, 1 on the beach and 1 across the street. across the street is older/outdated, has no elevator, no luggage carts, no ice machine, no kitchen table, no additional outlets to plug-in chargers etc. and the washing machine was out of order. we had to call housekeeping over to re-clean a few things. also no extra blankets. The laundry room smelled horrible and is in a very inconvenient place as well. most of the staff was friendly...

'Rooms are NOT cleaned every day, even though the part we stayed in is a "hotel." You can ask for the vacuum to clean the room yourself. Must ask for towels and new bedding if you want it. There were a few bugs in the room. Very few amenities are included, even though this is called a resort and you have to pay fees. Umbrellas and chairs cost extra and we even had to pay $1 for a ping pong ball. Drinks cost extra too and weren't worth the price. Pools were always murky. My biggest complaint is I...

'Absolutely will never stay here again. After driving from TN, we were ready to get checked in. They made us wait 20 mins before our room was ready. There is NO PARKING here. You have to park a block down the street across the road. Never ever stay here.'

'We enjoyed our stay at holiday inn. The room was spacious with an amazing beach and own view; the beach was just 2 minutes away with a private entrance and beach towels and swim diapers were provided by the hotel. The pools and walkways were really clean and well maintained. They also had events every evening like bonfire,family friendly movie and dance show and live music. Breakfast was filling and fresh with good options. We can't wait to go back for another vacation!!'
