'Yaletown is a a neighbourhood that I did not know much about before, but glad that we chose to stay three nights at. It is a quiet, relatively safe area, and the service apartment is around 15 mins walk from a nearby Sky Train station (especially if you are coming from the airport) and just within 10 mins walk from a large supermarket. 'didn't like. The area was fantastic literally 5 min walk from the water front, restaurants within walking distance. The facilities within the hotel were fantastic, it was my husband's birthday and the hotel sent up a complimentary cake up to the room while we were out. The gym and the spa were exceptional, the only thing I wish is that they had a swimming pool or sauna. The sauna was in the spa ans there was a hot tub area on the roof top lounge. 'Located in the financial hub of Vancouver, the Hyatt Alberni is convenient for the shops and restaurants on Robson Street and near to the cruise terminal. The junior suite that I had was spacious and well maintained. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for pre-cruise accommodation. '
'Great hotel in excellent location. Everything looks fairly new and in good working order. Great pool and hottub. Lots of closet space, which is a nice change from the norm. Room did not have a terras, but some do, so it might be worth asking for it (if you care about that). Overal a great experience'
'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'
