'What a gem this place is! We were upgraded to a nicer, bigger room unexpectedly upon arrival and then were walked right to our room and given lots of good suggestions about nearby spots to get food. The best part is that Beacon’s beach is just a few blocks away! '

'We were placed in a room that should have been out of service for maintenance. The bathroom door was only attached by two hinges, there was hair on the bathroom wall, and a tile was missing. The TV was also not connected to the internet and could not be used. When we contacted the front desk, we were told these were known maintenance issues and that maintenance would not be available until Tuesday, even though we checked in on Sunday. We chose to stay in the room only because we were traveling...

'Everything about my stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities—they were convenient and well-maintained. The only downside was the breakfast. It was a bit too simple and didn’t offer many choices, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.'
