'We had an air conditioner problem and maintenance came and fixed it without a problem. They came back to check it was still working. They were excellent. The cleaning staff was very nice as well. '

I left a message prior to trip and they returned my call on same day. The A/C is outdated but having a fridge, microwave, sink, and dishwasher was fantastic. We were hesitant about finding parking for 3 nights since they don't charge. However every day we found parking right in front of our room. ...
