'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning.
Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet.

'As a solo female traveller I feel safe staying at Leopold knowing they have a solo female policy ensuring you're never on the ground floor and other things as well. My stay was enjoyable as always. I did find it rather noisy but my stay was on a Friday night so to be expected. It's always refreshing when a hotel room has a fridge and though it had some free water both cans were sparkling. The rooms are spacious.'

"The appartement is rather small, with only a very small sofa as a seating area. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, which is nice. As ac family with two children, we like two bedrooms, but both beds are rather small. The kids didn't really like it, and if you're two adults, you really have to like each other.
The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, and we couldn't get the oven to heat up. When we cooked inside, it was hard to eat inside as the breakfast bar is all there is, plus a small side table.
Most things were clean, there were a few things that could have been cleaner.
We were happy to be very close to a friend's house, but wouldn't book this appartement again due to its size.
