'Love this place so friendly and welcoming'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet. 'Mooie kamer met comfortabel bed. Ventilatie werkte onvoldoende. Douchekop wat niet zo proper. Goede locatie.'

'Aangenaam verblijf en heel vriendelijk personeel'

'Nice posh hotel just located outside of the city centre (10 minutes walking to the shopping streets). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean spacious rooms.'

'Beautiful hotel with long history located in the heart of the city. Very helpful staff. Very clean and environmentally friendly Breakfast was filling and delicious. Pizza was excellent too! Thanks to hotel staff Angus!'

The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...
