We went with my family and rented both units. They were both very clean and well stocked. We loved having access to the bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, grills. The laundry room was well stocked with tons of beach toys, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas. The beach was a short walk away so the beach carts came in handy with everything that we ended up bringing down to the beach for the kids. We watched (what we could,it was behind another tall house) the sunset and sunrise from the rooftop deck. Grilled out for dinner 2 of the 3 nights. I went down to the public beach by bike one morning to do the yoga on the beach class.
One thing to keep in mind is that when they say that they need you out promptly at 10am, they aren't joking. We were all packed up and just finishing up the check-out list (you have to wash all of the towels before you go which is a first for us, but not a huge deal) and saying our goodbyes. It was 9:50 and the cleaning people show up, sitting in the driveway just staring at the house because our cars will still in the driveway. It was just odd.
Other than that, we had a great time and would go back. It was a great trip.
