The Space:

After a day of exploring the exciting attractions of Englewood and the Gulf Coast, relax in this spacious
and inviting room, filled with natural light that floods through the large windows, highlighting the elegant
floors and tasteful decor.
The home boasts two additional lounge spaces, one adjacent to the living room and the other in the
inviting sunroom.
When it's time to rest, go to one of the two lovely bedrooms, each designed to provide a comfortable and
luxurious experience. While no bed compares to your own, we guarantee these three will come close.
Finally, we invite you to start and end each day in the fully fenced backyard, complete with a spacious
swimming pool, luxurious hot tub, alluring sun lounges, and a lovely lawn ideal for outdoor activities and
relaxation.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a
thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to
accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in odor removal and
furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits.
★ POOL HEATING ★
During the cooler months there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. This applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool/spa is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm. Spa cannot be heated higher then pool while pool is heating. It would be one or the other heating.
