'Host was very responsive but unfortunately the unit was dirty. The bathroom floor was full of long hair which means it was not even cleaned and or looked at. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and even dirty dishes in the cupboards. There was a lot of dust everywhere and I don’t even want to think about all the dirt and dust under the bed which caused my allergies to act up that first night '

'The penthouse was very spacious, the host was active and responsive when we had questions. However it was very dirty, there was dust everywhere. Couldn’t even use the coffee machine because it was so dirty, the towels were folded as if they were clean but had hair and nasty things on them. The entire room had a weird odor. It could def use a deep clean. But the lodge was amazing, there was so much activities planned for the kids! '
