The rooms are clean, and there are plenty of facilities available, such as ample food and drink options, laundry service, and a beautiful rooftop pool with towel service. "Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag gebruiken. Op het buitenterras van het hotel aten we een lekkere pizza. De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

Let wel op: er ligt een nachtclub bijna naast het hotel, dus hier ga je geluidsoverlast van krijgen! Oordoppen liggen standaard op de kamer, evenals een geluidsreductie apparaat.
Het hotel biedt aan om eerst 1 nacht te verblijven in je geboekte kamer, om de andere nachten (indien nodig) te upgraden naar een kamer met minder geluidsoverlast.
Wij hadden het geluk dat de nachtclub dicht was na onze eerste nacht, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen.
Tours zijn echt belachelijk duur hier.
En boek dit hotel zonder het ontbijt. Kost €15 pp per nacht en beperkte keus.
Je ontbijt in een cafeetje waar je ook zo binnenkomt lopen en de keus op die kaart is veel groter (en dan ben je hoogstwaarschijnlijk minder geld kwijt). Tevens zijn er legio opties om te ontbijten op loopafstand.

"Ik verbleef van 16 t/m 20 augustus 2024 bij Selvario 36 hotel. De duurste kamer genomen (deluxe jacuzzi terrace king). Slechtste ervaring ooit. Het leek erop alsof ze expres van alles deden om mijn verblijf daar te verpesten. Het begon al helemaal fout bij het inchecken. De afgesproken inchecktijd was om 15:00. Dat liep al snel 45 minuten uit. 15:45 kon ik pas mijn kamer in. De eerste 2 dagen ging het goed totdat op 18 augustus de put van de douche verstopt raakte. Heel de kamer lag onder water. Gevraagd aan de receptie voor hulp dat duurde weer 15 minuten voordat er iemand kwam. Uiteindelijk hebben ze gezegd dat de ze problemen hadden met de sifons op de begane grond en dat ze mij naar een andere kamer zouden overplaatsen. Uiteindelijk ben ik van een deluxe jacuzzi King kamer naar een dood normale kamertje op de 3e etage verplaatst (waarvan de koelkast het weer niet deed). Enigste wat ze hebben gezegd is sorry het spijt ons en voorderest geen cash back of dergelijks. Ik vind dit onacceptabel vandaar dat ik mijn verhaal hier deel. En het ergste nog, terug gekomen in Nederland had ik heel veel bultjes op mijn benen. Toen ik langs ben geweest bij de doktor hebben ze mij verteld dat het steken zijn van bedwantsen.
Dus ik waarschuw jullie allemaal voor deze hotel, bedank me maar later!
