I don't like the cash deposit of THB 500 for the keys. It's easier if they accept card payment for this.
And there is no common kitchen or pantry. I can't get hot water for my coffee when this problem could be solved by providing either a kettle or water filter system with built in hot/ cold water...

"Rooms were outdated. Pillows smelled bad. Our youngest child had a little accident in bed and they overcharged us for cleaning. We already paid for a extra night and they could have easily compensated it if they were nicer.
