- This is a side by side duplex and it is not suitable for parties or gatherings.

- For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 16 guests).

- Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

- For everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulation of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.

- On Sundays, our property manager pulls the outdoor trash bins for the weekly trash collection service. He will return the outdoor trash bins to the backyard on Mondays.
