'The house was very nicely located to the bayfront restaurants and pier. And the neighborhood was nice a quiet. Parts of the home are very well renovated but the bedrooms need work. We also had to spot clean a few areas.'

'This duplex was perfect for our family vacation in Erie. The house was charming, cozy, and clean. We were thrilled with how close it was to all our favorite Erie attractions (especially Presque Isle). Sarah was excellent with communication before, during, and after our stay. We would stay here again!'

'The view of Lake Erie was beautiful from the house. The house had everything my family needed and it was very clean. I also was happy to know it welcomed pets my dog really enjoyed exploring the grounds. My grandkids enjoyed making a fire every night and we appreciate the fire wood they left for us to use.'
