'We recently booked this property for a long overdue girls weekend. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity. The location is also perfect being walking distance from town and the a beach on your doorstep. We’re already planning our next getaway.'

'We had a fantastic holiday. Loved the bird life - kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, magpies, bush turkeys. Also rabbits and wallabies. Fantastic view - sunsets and sunrises were anazing. Short drive to Avoca, MacMasters Beach, Kincumber and Terrigal. Short walk to Copacabana Beach (uphill on the way back) and Captain Cook lookout. Enough room for 8 adults and a 3 year old to have their own space. Loved reading on the deck!'

'The property was well suited to our group - kitchen was well stocked, plenty of activities to keep us occupied. A few aspects were a bit dated but it didn't bother us at all - we had a great weekend. Highly recommend for groups'

'We loved sitting out on the balcony watching the birds and the waves rolling onto the beach! We also checked out the stars at night whilst sipping wine 😀 The property is well catered for and perfectly comfortable. The balcony just needs a little TLC. We had an absolutely relaxing cruisey weekend, just what we needed. Would stay again!'

'Great outlook with floor to ceiling glass, spoilt by dirty windows. House is large, with great bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. Kitchen iswell appointed, but lacked basic grocery items. The supplied sugar was lumpy and dirty, like a wet coffee spoon had been stirred through. Some minor work required to bring the property up to scratch - minor painting etc. Some otems need replacing- toaster, coffee machine, bathroom garbage bin amd toilet brush holder wtc. as they are old, dirty, rusty...

'The property is nice and spacious - just perfect for a family of 5 adults. All the facilities we needed. Nice and close to the beach and even closer to the lagoon. Natalie was prompt with communication. Would definitely recommend. Only issue we had was the number of stairs. There are two flights of 15 stairs which was difficult for my mother.'

'Property is lovely, beautifully decked out, and furnished.very peaceful zen backyard with stunning mango tree.the bedrooms dont have air con but fans were fine even on 39 degree day and lounge/ kitchen aircon is powerful enough to keep rooms getting stuffy. The owners sent a very comprehensive guide to the property which i stupidly didnt read properly so kept asking rhem annoying questions which they were very lovely about answering and very quickly too. Yvonne provides everything needed for a comfortable short stay, especially thanks for the coffee pod machine for morning espresso’s as there wasn’t anywhere close to get my morning coffee’s.'

'I can't believe this place is only 1.5 hrs from Sydney. Nestled in among the trees is this basic but adequate cabin, well set up for our small family of 4. Living in the inner west of Sydney, for us this weekend was about waking to the sound of birds and waves instead of sirens and traffic, and boy did this accommodation deliver! We had such an amazing time we decided to extend our stay an extra night, which the host was very accommodating with.'

'What an amazing place! We stayed in a 2 bedroom balcony unit. The balcony was huge, bigger than the apartment! The views are unforgettable. The hotel has a lovely pool area but the water is not heated so we didn't use it. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Palm Beach ferry. Ettalong is a very nice place with a beautiful beach so we may be back.'

'My daughters and I really enjoyed the time we spent at The Oaks. Staff were friendly. Location is perfect. Walking distance to great food venues, playground & water park for kids to play was right outside the doors, great views, kids had a lot of fun in the pool. There’s a great walking pathway. Fishing spot just down the path. We’ll definitely be back! 💖 '
