' Large five story seafront hotel with probably seven acres of surrounding property. Beach was largely pebble with tiki shade/lounges and towel areas perhaps extending to 300 feet along the coast. Several areas designed for children seemed to be well maintained. The entire hotel has apparently been recently upgraded with new paint/tiling/balcony fixtures/etc. Room was average size with comfortable king bed and simple furniture from the 21st century. Breakfast was nice with numerous choices....

'Everything was wonderful, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing that needs improvement is the temperature control and lack of enough air conditioning. The thermostat only goes to 18°C and then goes back to 19° by itself. The room never got cool enough. Also, there weren’t really enough towels for 2 people (so we asked for more) and no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Otherwise everything was fantastic! '
'Absolutely loved my stay at Mimoza. The staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Tina who gave us so much advice and care and always made sure we were having a great time. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade orange bread). Also very walkable to the new and old ports, which is where most of the island nightlife takes place. Lovely hotel and location! '

This was my first time visiting Spetses. The twin house is tucked away in the center of the town close to the port, but it's very quiet and close to all the shops and dining. 'Everything was perfect. Free transport from Port to Hotel and the opposite. very comfortable with swimming pool. 2 bedrooms which it was very convinient.
The day we left they change the mattresses so the next customers will sleep on a brand new one.
The only negative was the breakfast. Itwas little poor. It could be much better'
