Villa Layout:
- Main Space (250 sqm) features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms.
- Open-plan living/dining area with direct access to the pool.
- Living room equipped with a 43" TV, fireplace, ceiling fan, and self-controlled A/C.
-Dining table seating up to 8 guests with a poolside backdrop.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C, spacious closet.
- Bedroom 2 Two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m) convertible into a king-size bed upon request, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C, spacious closet.
- Full bathroom with standup shower and KORRES products.
- Bedroom 3 (Master): King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite bathroom with standup shower, full-length mirror, spacious closet with safe deposit box, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C.
- Bedroom 4: Detached from the main building with its own private entrance. Bunk bed (1.00m x 2.00m each), ensuite bathroom with standup shower, TV, ceiling fan, self-controlled A/C.
- Bedroom 5: Detached from the main building, on the first floor with its own private entrance. Two single beds (1.00m x 2.00m) convertible into a king-size bed upon request, ensuite bathroom with standup shower.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
