'So many problems with this property we have passed on the feedback to Homerti the property managers but haven't had much of a response. 1. No hot water when we arrived. A technician came and "fixed" it however one of the bathrooms still had not hot water and was not fixed until our last full day there. So two of us were having cold water showers. 2. "Reception staff was great, always kind and always willing to help with anything. Room was clean and tidy and finally a hotel with a big tv screen (smart tv) for a late night movie.
