'Chateau Vino is beautiful venue and perfect if you enjoy wine tasting, it's right in the middle of many lovely vineyards! We had 13 people for the weekend, and there were plenty of bedrooms. The lucky ones got bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and extra rollaway beds if needed. Susan, our host, was very courteous and responsive prior to and during our stay. We did need the handyman to be called a couple of times over the weekend; smoke...

'This home was so charming. While the outside was a cottage from a fairy tale, the inside was filled with all the modern amenities needed for today. 'The property is gorgeous: beautiful views, Tuscan-style home with lovely amenities. The great room/kitchen/dining area is perfect for gathering. A primary reason we selected this property was because the listing stated 5 bedrooms but there were only 4 bedrooms + 2 roll away beds. The one bedroom had a trundle bed was located remotely on a lower level at the rear, accessed only by walking outside and down a number of steps.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had 6 adults and the house was spacious with great seating indoors and outdoors. Very nice furnishings. We enjoyed the views and the fire pit as well as the barbecue grill. The only concern we had was the room with the bunk beds is not suitable for 2 adults as the top bunk was inaccessible with the type of ladder for an adult to climb. Would recommend possibly replacing with 2 twin beds. There was also a comment that beds were a bit soft in other bedrooms....

'There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!'

The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. 'We will definitely be back!! what an amazing house with so many "playful" features! Foosball, Pool Table, Air Hockey, Corn Hole and even ping pong!!! Wow Kitchen was well stocked with pans and pots, plates, bowls and silverware We did have a water issue and a stove issue, but the management dealt with it RIGHT AWAY!!'

'This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.'
