The breakfast restaurant seems to be used by everyone including businesspeople for meetings so not everything is on display meaning each time you want a coffee fill up you have to either wait or go searching for a waiter, who often disappear, to request it, and I think you can ask for scrambled eggs but this was never made clear like in other hotels.
