Located on a quiet side street in Essen-Rüttenscheid, this apartment—which was completely renovated and furnished in 2023—awaits you. (2nd floor, no elevator). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave, dishes, pots, a kettle, a coffee maker, cutlery, etc., and features a cozy seating area. The small but well-appointed bathroom features a 120 x 90 shower. Towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries are provided as standard. The sleeping area features, among other things, a 160x200 box-spring bed with high-quality bedding, ample storage space, a workspace, and a smart TV. A crib can be added upon request. Children up to 2 years old stay with us free of charge.<br>We are passionate travelers ourselves and have stayed in many private accommodations around the world. We were particularly pleased when the apartments and homes were lovingly, tastefully, and thoughtfully designed. That’s exactly what we’ve strived to achieve with our first self-designed rental apartment.<br>The accommodations are located in the heart of Essen-Rüttenscheid. Great restaurants and shops can be found on “RÜ,” which is just a few minutes’ walk from here. Access to local and regional public transportation is also ideal.
