'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

'Het is een klein en dus intiem hotel. Na de eerste keer ontbijt ken je zo'n beetje iedereen en het geeft een soort amicale sfeer die erg prettig is. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. 'The resort property itself was ok. Our condo was not the greatest. It wasn't the cleanest, a cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken- it was barely hanging on. The dishes and drawers where the silverware is kept was dirty, I don't think they had been washed. The pull out sofa before was not comfortable at all. I don't think I would stay here again.'

'We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. 'If you want a no frills stay in St. Thomas, then Windward Passage is the place to stay. It's basic and bare bone amenities does not include a microwave in the room. The room is clean but need to be updated. The restaurant was not available during our stay. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is accessible to the main street shopping, a small grocery store, banks and waterfront. It was easy and quick to get to the airport. The staff was friendly.'
