'Room was clean. Staff kind, the cleaning staff needs to be more quiet before 9:00 in the mornings because everything in the halls echoe, slamming of doors, dragging things echoes, and startles you in your room. Food great! '

'The cove was definitely beautiful. The only thing they didn’t have like an actual bar where you can buy dreams or food nothing is really close by to this film. I was suggesting downtown. Everything was a little bit further out from this location. They had a very small pool, but the hotel itself was very low-key and cute but I just wish I would’ve booked something closer to downtown.'

'Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. 'We had a courtyard suite, the ocean was visible from the walkway side, and also from inside the room overlooking the courtyard you could see the ocean beyond that. This property uses keyless entry via code and I saw this as a real plus. The parking is not always easy and sometimes you have to park far away from the hotel. There are no elevators and it is a four floor hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The shower had a tankless...
