'We loved being in a private setting and close to everything in town at the same time. The porch was our favorite spot. It felt a little like being in a treehouse. Having two bedrooms was wonderful for my wife and I and our thirteen year old. Not a lot of negative to report. Parking was a challenge at times, but wouldn’t be a problem at all for someone from a city where parking in tight spots is the norm. Amenities of facility having beach chairs and snorkeling gear for patrons to use saved tons of money at beaches that charge big fees for that stuff. 'It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. 'The condo is managed by RSLM management and they are amazing. Prompt, friendly and patient with newcomers to the island. The condo itself is third or fourth floor with perfect views. Very close to town (Cruz Bay) so that you can walk to restaurants, stores or shops. The condo is recently renovated and in great shape. Very comfortable all round with touches like coolers, chairs, washing machine/dryer, two types of coffee machines. I highly recommend this unit if it's available ! '
