'Had studio overlooking the bay. Beautiful room, comfortable bed. M/W didn't work and range difficult to use so maid brought hot plate. Did deal with a couple large cockroaches but guess that's common to the area. Front desk very helpful with info about the area and things to do. Restaurant had delicious food but no a/c, very slow service one night, other was fine. Cash only was a bit inconvenient but there is ATM on site. Resort is remote so you will pay extra in cab fare and some taxis...

'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'De toegangsweg was erg stijl, met de hoge temperatuur was oplopen geen optie, taxi vervoer was noodzakelijk. Rustig gelegen zwembad met maar weinig gasten. Geen entertainment, de bar ging om 22:00 uur al dicht. '

'My problem was that my bathroom shower drain had hair in it and the floors wasn’t clean. Sticky and slippery. Also if there’s no towels and wash cloths on the rack where they belong look under neath the sink in the cabinet. The room was awesome awesome though. '

'Beautiful location. Grass lawn out front and quick skip over to beach. Wash off faucets for your tootsies in front of most buildings'

'Wonderful! This is a gorgeous house, well designed for large groups. All appliances work, including the hot tub. We expect to be back next summer.'

'It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info...

'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Camp grounds! This trip was a solo trip for me and I used it just for a little me time. Great place to relax and do exactly nothing. The cabin was nice and cozy. Open to nature and you will hear it as you rest and relax. I realize no place is perfect and perfection was not what I was in need for. This place was more for self therapy and peace. I would do it again if possible or if my health allows '

'Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. 'This property has a stunning view of Red Hook and Vessup Bay, St John and other islands. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen has some dishes and cookware and a cooler that was very handy to take to the beach. You need a car with four wheel drive to get up the road to the property (road is steep and narrow). Close to the car ferry, and grocery stores, which is very convenient. We had a great time. '
