'Check-in and check-out were super simple. Office staff communicates by text upon flight arrival and drops a pin for easy navigation. St John roads are an adventure all by themself, so the pin really helps. We stayed in Guave and the view was stunning. From the spacious balcony you can see all of BVI as well Coral Bay and the east end of St. John. The unit is very nicely decorated and in good shape. Besides the 7 private…I mean PRIVATE…(no rooms next to across from, they are all spread apart) they views and scenery were out of a magazine. The pool was clean and had everything you’d need. 'We loved our stay at Arc du Soleil. The property was magnificent. Super clean, kitchen was well stocked for cooking and beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were open air and bedrooms were air conditioned, temps were comfortable in both areas. The views were some of the best we have ever had. The team was very responsive if we needed anything. I would love to stay here again if back in St. John.'

The only downside was the elevator was out of order, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. But I highly recommend this property.'

'Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...
