'Het is een klein en dus intiem hotel. Na de eerste keer ontbijt ken je zo'n beetje iedereen en het geeft een soort amicale sfeer die erg prettig is. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. 'We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.'

'Had a very nice time staying at Sapphire Resort. The sargassum was a bummer but the staff took very good care of it so the beach could still be easily accessible. My husband and I did hours of snorkeling and found some pretty neat fish/invertebrates. Our condo was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The bar and pool were also great. 'We stayed one night at this hotel and it was the worst experience of our life! We parked across the street of the Galleon Hotel and asked the check-in lady if it was ok to park there for the night. She stated it was not a problem. Upon check in our room was dingy, dusty and old with a shared bathroom. We asked to upgrade our room with a private bathroom and she said it would be $80 cash. 'Nothing was what it seemed to be from the website description of this place. When I booked this resort it mentioned all inclusive. NOTHING WAS INCLUDED not even breakfast. Every time we went out to the restaurant to eat we had to spend 50-100 or more just on food. Which took away from us being able to enjoy our vacation. 'This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all.'

'This was a wonderful property! It is definitely an older hotel- but that is the charm! The new owners are clearly taking loving care of it. In that district, everything is older, and it is very well maintained and clean. It is in a PERFECT location to talk to some great places to eat, shop, or get coffee.
