'Everything’s great'

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'The hotel rooms were fine, with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was clean. The slider door was extremely hard to open. The TV didn't work. We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. 'We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!'

'The rooms smelled terribly like mold. The alley behind our room had a man on a couch sitting there an entire day and another group under an pop-up tent. for hours at night there was music and noise like there was a nightclub behind it.'
