'The apartment had the best view! You will want a car here as it is a steep hill to get up but hey good exercise? I stayed at 3 rentals during my USVI trip and this one did not have any extra items such as beach chairs, coolers or towels. I think we had two bath towels and they had an old wet towel smell to it. The screens to the windows were loose so bugs could get in and the screen door was off so it was a gamble to leave the glass door open. It was definitely a minimalist place. The owner...

'The area was conveniently located close by the ferry. I admire that there is an on-site restaurant along with 2 pools. Definitely gives vacation vibes and it is also conveniently located by the marina and the beach. The host wrote well written instructions and suggestions where I didn't even need to contact him. 'Our stay here proved to be a much needed and easy getaway . The units private pool made the whole experience . As much as I can respect traveling families it can sometimes make a shared pool more play than peace . Having your own outdoor space to take a dip made sunbathing as easy as opening the sliding doors and heading out for sun and chillaxing. 'Nice for what we needed pool close, we didnt rent a car so be advised condo is up a big hill , if going to beach you have to walk a ways, if you have mobility issue you may need a car , Suzi bar was great every one friendly. Michael the host is very responsive.'
