' The pictures do this place justice. While the units do look like the pictures, these pictures were clearly taken pre-hurricane. The property is pretty damaged from the hurricane and the first unit they gave us had mold in it. We finally got into a second room four hours later and the shower had hair in it, all over the walls and floor. They don’t offer cleaning services for free, we were told that if we wanted cleaning services, there would be a fee. For the amount of money we paid for the room...

'Hotel is verouderd en heeft dringed onderhoud nodig, zwembad is klein en ook verouderd. Restaurant is goed eten ok. Geen lift dus met zware koffer een hele toer om boven te komen als je niet op de eerste verdieping zit. 2 nachten meer dan genoeg om hier te verblijven. Heeft 3 sterren maar 2 sterren zou meer dan genoeg zijn'

'This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. 'What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!'
