'We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice.'

'Air Conditioning was nice. House keeping came daily. Rooms were spacious but bathrooms are tiny, limited towels, staff was not helpful, beds were very hard, rooms flooded from rain storm was told to put luggage on bed. Never tried to do anything about it. Front desk was VERY slow. Rooms were not ready at 4. They had muffins and water daily. NOT worth the price.'

'What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!'

'This hotel exceeded expectations, cool vibe, great grounds, very clean. The room was really nice, the large swing chair on the patio was a nice touch. My only room complaint was a more private toilet door and the facet’s stream was very unusual for a hotel sink. 'Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. '
