Kom en verblijf in ons fantastische huisje. Eerdere gasten zeggen dat onze foto's ons geen recht doen! Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen aan alle kanten. Het voelt dichter bij de hemel.

1300 vierkante voet historische mijnwerkers stijl cottage met het beste uitzicht in Estes Park! De 1. 78 hectare grote partij is een van de grootste vakantie kavels in Estes. Ingericht in oude wereldstijl met een moderne flair. Neergestreken op de berghelling met twee grote slaapkamers.

Spectaculaire panoramafoto's van 360 graden kunnen niet eens volledig op film worden vastgelegd. 10 voet rotsformatie net achter cottage. Nachtelijke sterren zijn ongeëvenaard. Je hebt het gevoel letterlijk omringd te zijn door Rocky Mountains.

Hele huisje is gedaan in tand en groef grenen. Pinecone en pijnboom thema overal, met houtkachel in de woonkamer. Jacuzzi bad en dakraam in master bad.

Kabel-tv in 3 kamers. Slaapkamer bevat twee queen size log bedden. Grote bovenverdieping loft / slaapkamer bevat twee queen size log bedden. We staan niet meer dan 6 personen toe, omdat het water soepel uit een put komt en deze groottegroep kan bedienen.

Het pand wordt dagelijks bezocht door witstaartherten, muilezelherten, elanden, kolibries en coyote. We zien af en toe bobcats en andere dieren in het wild. 5 minuten rijden naar Rocky Mountain National Park, 5 minuten rijden naar het centrum van Estes Park en 1 minuut rijden naar het rustige Mary's Lake recreatie- en picknickgebied of 10 minuten lopen.

Wij, de eigenaren, hebben de afgelopen 12 plus jaren 3 huizen gehuurd, en u kunt ons als eigenaren opzoeken door het aantal positieve beoordelingen op verschillende sites. We doen ons uiterste best om te zorgen voor een aangename vakantie tegen een redelijke prijs. Gasten houden niet van teveel regels en wij ook niet. We hebben de regels zo minimaal mogelijk gehouden om de huurregels van Larimer County niet te overtreden en onze hut plezierig te houden voor u en voor toekomstige gasten.

Dit is een niet-roken, geen huisdieren faciliteit. ALS U EEN ROKER OF een PET wilt meenemen, vindt u alternatieve accommodaties. Als u een huisdier rookt of meebrengt, VERLIEST U UW AANBETALING EN WORDT OOK extra schade in rekening gebracht.

Q. Wat zijn de regels voor verhuur in Larimer County Estes Park?
EEN. Estes Park is streng in hun huurregels voor vakantieverhuur. Het aantal gasten is beperkt tot SIX (6) en parkeren voor twee (2) voertuigen.

Q. Wat zijn de huisregels voor deze huur?
EEN. Deze Cottage is een eigenaar gerund bedrijf. We maken zorgvuldig schoon tussen de gasten om een zeer plezierige vakantie-ervaring te garanderen. Er is een verlof zoals je het beleid vond, behalve Linens. We vragen gasten om voor ons huisje te zorgen alsof het hun eigen huis is. Als u na uw vertrek meer dan 3 uur nodig hebt om schoon te maken, betaalt u $ 45 / uur extra voor extra uren. Gasten kunnen genieten binnen de kavellijnen van het pand. Er is geen overtreding in aangrenzende percelen. De stille tijd is na 21.00 uur.

Q. Hoe dicht is de thuisbasis van Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) en de stad Estes Park?
EEN. Het huis ligt op ongeveer 2 mijl afstand van RMNP ingang en 3 mijl van de stad Estes Park.

Q. Is de cabine afgelegen?
EEN. De hut ligt buiten de drukte van de stad. Het is ver verwijderd van andere hutten en huizen, en hoewel je ze kunt zien, hebben we bijna twee hectare en je voelt je niet "dicht" bij hen. Omdat de hut hoog op de berg staat, weerkaatst de vallei soms geluid. Estes park heeft een beleid voor donkere lucht, inclusief ons huisje met alle armaturen die al het licht naar beneden richten. Op een heldere nacht zie je een prachtige weergave van sterren tegen de achtergrond van de bergen.

Q. Is er airconditioning, warmte en een wasdroogcombinatie? Is er een föhn en strijkijzer?
EEN. Er is geen airconditioning, omdat deze zeer zelden nodig is. Het wordt 's nachts erg cool en slapen is altijd comfortabel. Overdag is ook comfortabel als de zonwering naar beneden is tijdens de piekzon in de cabine. Er is een was-droogcombinatie in de cabine. Er is een föhn en strijkijzer in de kast onder de wastafel in de badkamer. We hebben hitte in de winter.

We loved this home so much!! The hosts were awesome as well !! The view is beautiful. I sat on the deck a lot to soak in the mountains. We saw elk , deer, prairie dogs , ground squirrels, chipmunks, birds different from the ones we have back home all from the deck . The drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park downtown is extremely short and we did both multiple times!! The home is very clean with extra perks we didn’t even expect !! We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area!! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars !!!

We Loved This Place!

My wife and two small children accompanied me on this trip to Estes Park. I cannot say enough good things about this host. While we were there we had a few questions, and the host was incredibly responsive and timely. The cabin had all that we needed, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway in Estes Park. The views were also amazing as well as the wildlife!

Perfectly situated between town and RMNP

Pinecone cottage is about 5 minutes to the Park and about 5 minutes to downtown Estes. There is a great view from the deck and we saw deer and heard elk bugling! The cottage was very clean. The owners let us a large welcome basket and thoughtfully supplied drinking water (the cottage has well water that is slightly yellow but doesn’t have any off taste). Overall, a very nice stay!

Great Cabin in Estes

This was the best VRBO we ever booked. Location was perfect right outside Estes on a hill with mountain views. Cabin was clean, everything worked, and our host Janet provided great coffee and snacks. The road to RMNP was down the street. Loved having coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the deck. Elk and deer passed right through the property. We cannot say enough good things about this property, our trip and the host!

Girls getaway

We are friends that take a trip together each year. I’ve been to Estes Park many times and this is the first time at this cabin. I would rent it again in a heartbeat. It was clean, well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It’s a quick drive to town and to RMNP. The owners were very helpful and honest about access. There are stone steps from parking up to a regular staircase. If you have mobility issues this could be a bit difficult, but they show this in property description so it wasn’t a surprise. The views are fabulous and we spent mornings and evenings on the large deck. Pay close attention to the directions the first time getting to the house. After that it’s a breeze. Perfect getaway in the mountains.

Wonderful stay

Great stay at the Pinecone Cottage

My family had a great experience staying at the Pinecone Cottage. The property was very clean and had all the necessities for a week long stay with a bonus of snacks upon arrival! The location was just what we wanted because offered privacy from neighbors and gorgeous mountain views while only being a short driving distance to Estes Park and RMNP. We loved waking up and seeing a family of mule deer from the front porch every day. We even saw a herd of elk and two large hawks from the porch! Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would 100% recommend this cottage to others.

Quiet, convenient, cozy

Our stay, 2 couples, was a pleasant one. The welcome basket of treats and cold bottles of water in fridge was great. Wi-Fi was good, kitchen was well appointed, and beds were comfy. We loved how close we were to RMNP entrances. All instructions and descriptions were accurate and helpful. Since the cabin is built on the mountainside, it has several steps inside and out. And the second bedroom is in the upstairs loft with good privacy. Note the second bathroom is off the kitchen and has nice shower. Had an elk look in the kitchen window!

Sept 2022 Stay at Pinecone Cottage

We arrived to a very clean and welcoming home, complete with a fridge full of water and a welcome basket full of snacks. The Cottage is just like the photos and did not disappoint. We saw a heard of Elk walk through the hill below us on our first day and saw chipmunks, rabbits & humming birds most days. We experienced temps below freezing at night & 90 degrees during the day, but we were never uncomfortable. The Blankets & furnace kept us warm at night and the air flow with the windows open kept us cool and comfortable on the hot days. The views from the deck were amazing, and we sat outside to enjoy them almost every day. The mountains changed daily & the view of Estes Park was cool to see. Even with a Full Moon, the stars were amazing at night from the Deck. The Cottage felt secluded because you are on a hill and made you feel like you were far away from the city. But, the park entrance is very close and we left the Cottage 15 minutes prior to our timed entry time, and had to pull over and wait a few minutes because we got there so quick! Getting to Estes Park is the same, you could be at any restaurant in town in less than 10 minutes. As others have noted in their reviews, the road to the Cottage is dirt and little rough in spots. The drive to the Cottage is a little daunting, but the Hosts directions helped. I would advise that your first trip to the Cottage be in the daylight if you can, and also take a look at the arial view on Google Maps. After you make the trip once it’s a snap. Just like the photos show, there is a small stone path that leads to the stairs up to the deck and to the entrance door. Be aware that you will be making trips up a path that you will NOT be able to “roll” anything on. The driveway is dirt, and the stone path and stairs will cause you to “carry” everything up into the Cottage. Not a problem for me, but wanted to give everyone a heads-up. The Cottage kitchen was well stocked with most things you would need. The beds were comfortable the towels were plush, the showers were hot and had plenty of pressure. When needed, our contact with the host via text was quick and easy and they were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our time at the Cottage and would definitely stay there again if we ever come back. If you want a comfortable place to stay, with great views and close to town and the Park, we definitely would recommend the Pinecone Cottage.

The BEST!!!

Our stay at Pinecone Cabin was fabulous! Perfect for two couples or a couple and two children. The main floor has master with two queens in the same room, a Huge bath with jetted tub, full kitchen, dining, and living room. The second bath with shower , toilet and sink is next to the kitchen. The view and quiet surroundings are astounding and only 3 min. to town. The upstairs also has two queen beds arranged foot to foot. We never neededA/C as the nights cooled off . We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the town with outstanding Mountain View’s. I cannot say enough good about this cabin! Such a perfect place to stay for our 5 day adventure into RMNP. We could only enter the park between 2-4 but found that late afternoon time to be just perfect as the days were quite hot. We hiked to BearLake and Alberta Falls one day. The next we hiked to Nymph, Dream. And Emerald lakes. We also drove the trail ridge in the evening and found tons of wildlife! A perfect house for our fun filled vacation.

Pinecone Cottage

This place was perfect. It was very well-kept and had Wifi, but rustic enough and the dirt road is a nice touch too. And the view is incredible, looking down at Estes Park and The Stanley Hotel (where they filmed some movie awhile back). The entrance to RMNP was only 3 miles away. We had no issues but Janet seemed very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our stay.

A picturesque and beautiful cabin on a mountain.

The cabin was exceptionally clean, and the host even provided a "welcome basket" filled with treats, as well as a folder including many menus of several local restaurants. The view was amazing: one afternoon we saw no less than 25+ elk about 100 yards down the mountain from out deck! The pantry included items that many cabins do not supply. All in all, a memorable trip, and we would not hesitate to return to this cabin in the future.
