Fantastic home. Sits on top of such a beautiful spot overlooking east and west of Estes Park. Saw the sunrise over the lake every morning. Very clean, updated and big space for family time.

Absolutely fabulous!

This unit was awesome for 5 seniors. Fabulous views. So spacious! Stocked very well. WiFi great, tv reception perfect; tons of stations. Can’t say enough good things about this lace!

Perfect for our group

Our group of senior-aged women gathered for a college reunion. We cooked in and found the kitchen well stocked. The house is very nicely decorated and spacious for our group of seven. Very clean. We particularly enjoyed the views and the wildlife near the house. We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

Scenic Views

Property was in great shape, and in a great location to get to all regions of Rocky Mountain National Park. View off the back porch was phenomenal. We had plenty of room for our 7 person group.

Class of Estes Park, Incredible 270 degree views.

Our highest compliments to the Hosts for cultivating an Incredible Vacation rental. The hosts have thought of everything. While we didn't bring children, the place would be great for that as well. Do not let the unassuming looks from the outside fool you, this place is total Class, 4 bedrooms with their own baths, every room with great views, great finishes, every need taken care of. Perfect house for our wedding party as Father and Mother of the bride. Thanks for a great space and experience!

Alarmed

The property was gorgeous however while I was using the restroom in the master bath, a gentleman came walking in the door using the door code without even knocking why my four year-old daughter was asleep on the couch. He stated he was there to take the trash out very alarming made me a little nervous. He said there were no cars out front, also in addition, there was a camera in the master bedroom on top of the TV along with a camera in the living room on top of the TV. This made me a little leery. I’m not sure if the cameras were on but it seems like an invasion of privacy in addition to that , our son who was extremely sick on the way up and had to go to the doctor. We called the property manager to see if there’s anyway we could check in a couple hours early. They said they would get back to me but never did communication doesn’t seem important

Wonderful Place, amazing views

We loved our stay at Moment of Surrender. Beautiful, clean home with lots of amenities. Amazing views whether you’re on the front deck or the back deck. Close to town and easy access to everything. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Lovely house for a group

There is a lot of room in this house. Plenty of space for getting together or alone time whichever you needed at the moment . The property manager was very responsive to the only request we made. Easy to get into town, yet far enough away to have quiet nights

Fantastic Getaway

We stayed 3 nights at Moment of Surrender and it was pure bliss. My husband, three adult kids and I were thrilled with the views, the comfy furnishings, the excellent kitchen set up, multiple bathrooms - paradise. So close to everything in Estes Park & RMNP, but quiet and private-feeling. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful home - would stay again!

We loved staying in this home and would absolutely book it again! It is very spacious, beautiful and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed it as a family with young children, there were many nice touches that made it family friendly including nightlights, a stool in one bathroom for kids to reach the sink, and a playroom with an arcade game downstairs! The house is very quiet and nicely tucked away on the mountain, but also extremely close to town. Just about everything you need is within 10 minutes away! The views are incredible in every direction and a real treat.

Comfortable home and ‘to die for’ views.

Property was very beautiful with spacious living area, well equipped kitchen’ and comfy beds. Everyone from the 12 yr old to my 82 yr old hubby loved this property. We all agreed that it would be fun to stay in this home next year!! Thank you !
